Pathfinder Monsters

Hey!

The Bestiary for Paizo Publishing's Pathfinder RPG is out, so I am at liberty to share some of the monster art I made for it.

  1. I dig the woman on the lower right, good to see something different from more typical rpg creatures.

I like your technique Jon, it's got an appealing sort of flattish/gouache quality that's unusual in digital art.

  3. I've seen some of them before and they're really nice, but the lady is new to me and she's gorgeous! Very interesting colouring and I like her nose for some reason. :)

  4. Thanks all!
Chelsea - yeah he's my favourite too.
Jason - Yeah she's a cloud giant, if i recall correctly (so many pieces, so small a brain) I was just chatting this very morning about digital art that looks digital, and digital art that doesn't so interesting to hear you say that and I take it as a compliment.

Erik - thanks! Always a pleasure, thanks for stopping by. Please tell Sarah to give me more! :)

Jan - the top right guy featured on another product and this blog, so you probably saw him before. Heh - I tried to give the lady giant a really strong profile, still good looking, but giantish too. I've been messing about with gradients on overlay layers to guide my colour schemes here and there, just to spice it up a little!

    Totally awesome!
Your art is very evocative. It reminds me the world of dreams, where we go everytime we fallen asleep. O_O
