Heh heh, a few people noted on seeing the photos I posted on twitter that they understand where I get my colour sense from. Though I guess you could also say I select the subjects of the photos for their colours too...
I did feel recently I had gone too far with the muted stuff. Around the time of "Mountain Boy", which is the banner at the top of this blog, my colour work was becoming very monotone. So I've done a few L5R cards and C7 covers in very high sat, contrasting colour schemes to prove to myself I still can!
Gotta say I love browns and greys though.
Anyway, for anyone reading who didn't see the twitter photos mentioned, here's a couple:
I really like the muted colour pallet. I need to learn how to do not use the most saturated colours on the screen. ;)
